goes to:
Diane Edwards
A unique and special feature of Diane’s nomination for this award is that Diane had the signed endorsement of four of her clients nominating her for this category.
She is a Specialist in Change Management, Organisational Development and Leadership Development. Working alongside clients in projects related to Organisational Development and Change, Diane is currently the Digital Strategy Programme Manager for the New Zealand Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux.
Having been tasked with leading a project to transform the multiple Citizen Advice Bureaux across New Zealand taking them online, she used a consultative model for engaging and influencing the 2700 volunteers. The panel recognised her strong commitment to engagement of the CAB volunteers through the designing, testing and training of the new digital system. This has resulted in the buy-in of the volunteers and in the success of the programme.
Diane has very successfully developed lasting relationships with CEOs and Managers based on respect and trust. Previous clients have become repeat clients. One client mentioned “we needed someone extraordinary to get the work done and we got someone extraordinary in Diane”. Diane is a highly competent change specialist who respects the organisation culture and the organisation’s own language.
