Michael Peters

Michael Peters is the National Human Resources Manager for the Baking New Zealand Division of Goodman Fielder. It is a position he has held for over two years and also involves sitting on the Executive Management Team. Michael has been with Goodman Fielder for five and half years, holding numerous Human Resources positions during this time. He holds a Bachelor of Business from Massey University majoring in Human Resources and Marketing and is currently half way through completing his post graduate diploma in Business majoring in Human Resources. Michael is also currently a trustee of the Goodman Fielder New Zealand Limited Retirement Plan.

Michael has a passion for Human Resources and the value that it can add to the business, heenjoys getting involved in all aspects of the business and leading and managing my team to meet the objectives of the business and making sure that they are adding value in anything that they do.
