Kelly Macknight

Kelly is the HR/Admin Manager for ADInstruments, a NZ-owned international company providing data acquisition solutions for the Life Sciences.  Kelly provides HR solutions for the NZ office, and assists ADInstruments’ international offices with their HR needs. While the main focus of Kelly’s role is HR, she is also responsible for the financial and sales functions in the NZ office.  Kelly was the first HR person employed by ADInstruments, and remains the only internal resource.  She set up and maintains all the policies and procedures in the NZ office, and continues to work with the international offices advising and assisting them with their HR needs.
